Can't decide on a fabric or item?! We can offer surprise boxes to help with this! Please be aware that you cannot request specific items or fabrics, nor is any fabric guaranteed in a box... items in a surprise box are a complete surprise 

  4-6 week turnaround.

We will be going into the vaults for these surprise boxes and printing designs new, old and never released!

Surprise boxes can contain anything from our website including clothing and homeware.

Please list any items you already have in the size you're ordering in the notes section at checkout to avoid duplicates. If this isn't done you may receive items you already have!

*% Discount codes (e.g.follower codes) cannot be used with surprise boxes, this does not include store credit*

- We can mix 2 sizes max. Just pop a note in the product notes section. 

- These are none refundable, and items cannot be exchanged. The beauty of a surprise box is that you're not sure what you're going to get, this is a risk... or surprise that you are agreeing to take when you purchase the box! 
- You may receive one off items, limited edition items, standard stock, discontinued fabrics.... anything!

  • Shipping

    Our usual dispatch time is around 5 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks as we are a small team and occasional delays may occur. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 working days.

    If your order exceeds these timeframes, you may email enquiries@aliceandharry.co.uk with your full name, order number, and order date to follow up.

    Need it sooner? Email us to check if any paid rush slots are available.

  • Exchanges

    Customised Items

    Custom orders (including custom sizes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we’ve made an error (e.g., wrong fabric or size). These items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under distance selling regulations. Please check our size guide and timescales before ordering.

    Standard Stock & Pre-Made Items

    Faulty items will be replaced at our cost—contact us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Replacements follow the usual turnaround time and depend on fabric availability. Items must be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days of your return request.
