Surprise sweatshirts are exactly what they say on the tin! A surprise! You could get any fabric, past, present or never released.
As these are a surprise you cannot specify what you do and do not want... if you don't want to embrace the surprise then these aren't for you!
Surprise sweatshirts are 15% LESS than standard pricing, plus you can save an extra 5% if you subscribe!

Please leave a note at checkout listing any fabrics you already have in the size you're buying to avoid duplicates. Any requests asking for certain fabrics, or asking to avoid certain fabrics will NOT be honored - the fabric choice is a complete surprise!

- No codes are to be used with this offer. This includes discounted codes and store credit codes. Any orders using a code will be refunded and the slot will be re-listed.
- These are none refundable, and items cannot be exchanged. The beauty of a surprise item is that you're not sure what you're going to get, this is a risk... or surprise that you are agreeing to take when you purchase the item!

Our usual dispatch time is around 5 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks as we are a small team and occasional delays may occur. Delivery takes an additional 2–5 working days.

Customised Items
Custom orders (including custom sizes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we’ve made an error (e.g., wrong fabric or size). These items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under distance selling regulations. Please check our size guide and timescales before ordering.
Standard Stock & Pre-Made Items
Faulty items will be replaced at our cost—contact us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. Replacements follow the usual turnaround time and depend on fabric availability. Items must be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days of your return request.

Washing Guidelines
Wash all items at 30°C—do not tumble dry. Use a colour catcher to prevent colour runs. Items damaged due to incorrect washing cannot be returned.
Postage & Lost/Delayed Items
We recommend selecting Recorded Delivery at checkout for tracking. Standard delivery is sent 2nd class with proof of postage. If your item appears lost, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery. After this period, orders will not be replaced or refunded.
Royal Mail’s lost parcel timeframe must pass before we can resend. Replacements will match the original order—no changes to size, fabric, or address.
Discount Codes
Must be applied at checkout; cannot be added after purchase. Store credit codes expire in 6 months and do not include postage. Codes are single-use and cannot be split across multiple orders.
